Located at an altitude of 600 m above sea level on very mountainous terrain, Ma’alot-Tarhischa (in Arabic: معالوتترشيحا) is a town in the Upper Galilee region of northern Israel.
The neighborhood our firm designed is located to the east of Tarchisha, bordering on Yefe Nof to the north and Kfar Vradim to the south.
This project began as a transportation consulting job for the town planning scheme, and continued all the way to the preparation of detailed construction plans, in accordance with the various stages of the population plan. The plan also included earth works and supporting walls, required due to the challenging topographical conditions, as well as the regularization of the junction connecting the neighborhood to the Public Works Department road.
