Mitzpeh Ilan began as a temporary settlement of 44 families. As it received permanent settlement status in 2009, our firm accompanied its construction from the preparation of the town planning scheme to the execution itself.
Today, the settlement includes 318 residential units (200 of them stage A) and public structures.
The area’s problematic topography created engineering and financial challenges, considering the allotted planning time.
