The project included the planning of the logistics center and the Rishon LeTzion IKEA store. The entire complex was planned and constructed in accordance with the chain’s strict international standards, and its construction was completed ahead of schedule.
Our firm planned the traffic and paving works for the parking lots, including a covered parking lot with 720 parking spaces, an outdoor parking lot with 300 parking spaces and 29 loading and unloading spaces for trucks.
