Team Leader
Our team leaders are part of the firm’s extended management.
Each team leader works directly with one of the partners, and is responsible for managing a team of engineers and practical engineers and accompanying the projects from beginning to end.
The job requires representing the firm and maintaining direct contact with all the clients the team is involved with.
Additionally, team leaders participate in office meetings and brainstorming sessions, as we try to find solutions to engineering problems.
Job requirements:
• An undergraduate (or higher) degree in civil engineering;
• 15 years of experience in road, traffic or transportation planning;
• 3 years of experience managing a team of engineers or practical engineers;
• Professionalism, passion for the trade and high reliability;
• Presentability and experience working with clients.

Engineer/Practical Engineer
Our teams include engineers and practical engineers with varied degrees of experience. Each team member takes part in the planning, execution and coordination with the authorities and takes an active role in the progress of our projects at the highest levels of engineering. The team members take part in meetings related to the projects they are involved in, both in and out of the office, and maintain direct contact with the partner supervising the project.
