About - Levy & Shtark Zilberstein Consulting Engineers

Founded in 1991, Levy & Shtark Zilberstein Consulting Engineers Ltd provides civil engineering services, road and drainage system design, traffic and stop-light engineering, consulting and close monitoring for detailed projects, road layout plans and systemic planning, consulting and research on road safety and railway planning.
Our firm currently employs approximately 35 employees, 30 of them engineers and practical engineers, each and every one a planner – we do not employ drafters, at Levi & Shtark, everyone contributes to the planning process.

The firm is divided into 3 teams, one of them specializing in traffic engineering. Each team is capable of functioning as an independent unit or collaborating fully with the other teams, as needed.
The work process is fully digitized. We use the most advanced versions of AutoCAD software (AutoCAD 2013 and Civil 3D) as well as the Idan road design program. Our office is also equipped with two, A0 sized, HP plotters. Traffic-light planning is also fully computerized, with the new Inbar program.
